• "Processing of data is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that this processing does not violate the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject" (Cyber security and transaction security).

There is no need to obtain your explicit consent for these activities.

4. Transfer of Personal Data Collected technical log records are not shared with third partiesfor commercial or advertising purposes. This data may only be transferred pursuant to Article8 of the Law if requested by authorized public institutions and organizations (Prosecutor'sOffice, Courts, ICTA [BTK], etc.) within the scope of a legal dispute or criminalinvestigation.

5. Your Rights as a Data Subject Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, by applying to the data controller, you have the right to; learn whether your personal data is processed, requestinformation if it has been processed, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is usedappropriately, know the third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad, request correction if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed, request the deletion of data within the framework of Article 7 of the Law, and object to the occurrence of a result againstyou.
