Pursuant to the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("Law"), as catlog.com.tr, we attach maximum importance to the security and privacy of your personal data. This text has been prepared to inform you about our minimal data processing activities during your visits to our website.

   Our website is designed within the framework of "Privacy by Design" and "Data Minimization" principles. In this context, on our website;

   • Third-party tracking, analysis, and advertising tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel are not used.

   When you visit our website, solely for the purpose of ensuring the security of our information systems and fulfilling our legal obligations;

   Said technical data is processed based on the following legal reasons stipulated in Article 5, Paragraph 2 of the Law:

   • "It is expressly provided for by the laws" (Obligation to keep traffic records pursuant to Law No. 5651),

   • "It is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation",

   • "Processing of data is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that this processing does not violate the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject" (Cyber security and transaction security).

   There is no need to obtain your explicit consent for these activities.
   
   

4. Transfer of Personal Data
   Collected technical log records are not shared with third parties for commercial or advertising purposes. This data may only be transferred pursuant to Article 8 of the Law if requested by authorized public institutions and organizations (Prosecutor's Office, Courts, ICTA [BTK], etc.) within the scope of a legal dispute or criminal investigation.
   
   

5. Your Rights as a Data Subject
   Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, by applying to the data controller, you have the right to; learn whether your personal data is processed, request information if it has been processed, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used appropriately, know the third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad, request correction if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed, request the deletion of data within the framework of Article 7 of the Law, and object to the occurrence of a result against you.
